Description

The property is an agricultural land which has a total land area of 9,360 square meters. It was known to have minerals (gold) underneath and oil. The land was previously developed into a fishpond by the parents in which due to financial constraints didn't last long to maintain it. Now the children are also old and can no longer sustain financially to continue developing the land thus opted to dispose it. The property is close to the sea which is about 100 meters distance.
