About Leovigildo

I spent almost two decades in the government and nearly a decade in the private energy sector, particularly in the renewable energy industry. During those years, little did I know of the real estate industry where it was bullish and promising even today. I started as a salesperson under a licensed real estate broker specializing in reselling properties in the nearby districts of the City of Manila in 2018. The same year I was involved in the academe as a part-time college professor in one of the top-producing top-notchers universities in various licensure examinations. As a part-time college professor with over five years of experience in higher education, I do it with conviction to impart industry practices to young people, shaping their minds, blending with passion for teaching with a wealth of practical knowledge. That deep understanding of the subjects being taught is not only rooted in my academic background but also enriched by hands-on experience in running the business being an entrepreneur. Getting immersed in real estate, I decided to go back to college to take up a second course in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management to upgrade as I am already in it, just took advantage during the onslaught of the pandemic and finished it while the world was eventually open from the ravaged of covid19. The year 2024 is a double victory for me hurdling two licensure examinations: the Real Estate Brokers Licensure and Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examinations, a testament to having a comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in the field. Immediately after taking my oath as a Registered Real Estate Broker, the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP)-Global City chapter welcomed me as a new member. Thank you REBAP Global City. Now I have found a home in "Filipino Homes" and praying that the Real Estate Brokers in the country will be emancipated from who we are in this industry. LEO S.
