My HLURB Salesperson ID No. CVRFO-A-01408. I have been a Real Estate Salesperson since 2002, and last December 12, 2019, I joined Leuterio Realty. Why for 18 years, 99% of my clients/buyers in Real Estate are Foreigners and or Filipinas married to Foreigners? It is because of my previous work as an OFW in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. since 1984 to 1989 with a French Company and as a Senior Oil Plant Operator in ADCO from 1990 to 1995, of whom many of my colleagues/contacts were Europeans, Americans, Arabs, Japanese, Pakistanis, and Indians; plus my 3 years in California, the USA as Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide. My friendship with these different nationalities for 14 years, prepared me to handle and service Foreigner Clients / Buyers when I work home for good as a Real Estate Agent. Now other nationalities like Australians and Canadians are added previous Foreigner Clientele.
